attack from the server

You should monitor your servers regularly and check the logs. This will help to find out unusual traffic, spikes and abnormal behavior (if any)) of the server. Either you have windows or linux server then should be scanned and update with the latest software.

Is there any scanners or something that can find the cause of that attack from the server?

Do you mean like an antivirus for a linux server? I'm sure there are some out there but I don't use them regularly. I know cpanel has some scans it does for certain attacks.

Yes, standard networking monitoring software can help you do this. Something as simple as command line tools like iptraf or iftop.

Out of curiosity, what does the 8645529215 number do?
