Proxy servers tend to die after a while. I don't know why people are trying to assist these people in getting hosting when western hosts don't accept them for varying reasons. :chinese2:

With a population of over a billion people, you can't tell me that China doesn't provide some free hosting. Try some Chinese search engines for hosts.

in china there is no avaiable webspace for free

There are Chinese hosts, but none of them stay up for more than a year, not even sina.com's hosting.
