APF Firewall Problem :( Help Please?

Hey guys/girls i need some help. i tried install APF firewall today but ive noticed this erorr:

/etc/apf/conf.apf: line 422: psybnc: command not found
eth0: error fetching interface information: Device not found

how do i fix that? thanks in advanced.
 
1. do you allow to run irc-related program on your server?
2. you will need to re-compile your kernel with ip_tables module
 
This thread might be old but in case you're still looking for a solution I suggest you paste your /etc/apf/conf.apf file on a pastebin somewhere and put the link here so we can take a look.
 
If he is trying to run APF on a VPS, it will not find an eth0. In my experience, VPS servers usually use venet0 instead. This could vary using different virtualization technology, you may want to verify you vps is using venet0.
