Here is what I am looking for:
At least 200 mb storage
At least 2.5 GB transfer per month
PHP
At least 1 sql database !
The ability to host 2 domain names on the account would be nice too - but not an absolute requirement.

This site would contain legal adult content.

Hopefully for $25/yr maximum

Big as in how big? and what's it used for?

We may be able to offer you a custom plan with 500mb space and 7.5gb bandwidth for $25/year

Big as in it would be a "big +", not as in terms of needing a large database.
The sql database would be used possibly for a message board.
