Ad Revenue suggestions

I was using Google Adsense like many others do and was satisfied with it. However, I kept clicking on a lot of the ads (not to increase my adsense revenue but to invite the advertisers to join my forum beings they are are involved in the same industry as I am in.

Well in doing so I was flagged with "invalid clicks". I appealed them closing my account and informed them it was an honest mistake and I didn't mean to do it, but they refuse to re open it.

So now I am looking for another Ad Revenue provider that I can put on my forums. I want a company that is good and reliable.

I would like to implement the new company's services as easily as I did with Adsense.

If anyone knows of a good one, please provide me with a link to their site. Thanks!

Main one's I'd go for is Yahoo Publisher Network! and Adbrite! Just see which one's work out better for you. :)
 
I am a bit confused. With adbrite, how does it show the ads?

What I mean is, I put the code on my test forum to ensure it would look right, and the banner just says "Advertise on this site, Powered by Adbrite"

So do I need to wait for people to buy advertising space on the site to start showing the ads? or will ads start to appear as they did with adsense?

I also signed up for the yahoo ad network and chitika. Just waiting to hear on the approved status.

Sometimes Adbrite doesn't have any ads to display for your site, so it displays that instead, instead of displaying nothing at-all.

Take my site for example, as it uses Adbrite: http://imagemoo.com

I think you just have to wait a while for Adbrite to scan your forum to look for any relevant ads, though I'm not 100% sure how it works. Though ads should start to appear like with AdSense.

As for Chitika you should get approved pretty quick however for YPN it might be a long story, considering they take their time in choosing applicants.

Thanks for the info regarding adbrite.

I got approved for Chitika as well. Now I gut need to figure out how to get the code. I think I got it though. Seems pretty cut and dry.
