About banner exchanges

What everyone should think when notes that the banner exchange program that partecipates, shows only banners of known advertisers? Shouldn't show banners of other simple member sites too?

Well, I see only ads of known advertisers and 0% of banners of member sites. I think that's a problem, as I can think that my banner doesn't appear nowhere too.
 
Maybe a good time to get rid of that banner exchange program? Send me your URL via PM and I will see who they are using.
