A layout for - I dont know yet

Tell me what you think of this layout, made for 1024x768 + and Iframes are used, so may be incompatable with some browsers, but I don't thinks thats an issue.
Just critisize the layout and name, etc, not the compatability with browsers.

I personally don't like frames, but their okay for your site. I think the text should be a different color though.

Maybe you should go for shades of blue? The green is not very appealing.

I like the green alot, maybe I could have it so the user could choose the overall colour before they enter the site..

try a little more green-ish, a little less chartruse. I would like the color if it was closer to a green instead of yellowish.

it's too green/yellow. should try a bit less light colours...i prefer blue with black or white

Comments:
-Green on white is a little hard on the eyes
-The news section shouldn't be that small
-The links section should be like somewhere below or on the right, where it is now is a little out of place.
-Make the graphic on top higher in quality
