A server of his specs would fit 300 sites on *thats my advice anymore and his customers will suffer*. $9.99 a year thats $2497.50. That just covers server rental i think. Thats not really much in the way of profit.
Would you seriously trust a host who charges you $9.99 a year? the pricing is like the donhost resellers sell packages at then 3 or 4 months later go out of business. I'm not saying donovan will do but $9.95 a year is just utter stupid.

I am not an expert in this kind of things so I am not going to say i disagree, but can you tell me whats the difference of having 1 site that takes lets say 100MB and 1GB or 2 sites with 50MB and 500MB transfer?
Is there any other cost (excluding his time) that will actually make the 2 smaller plans more costly for him than the bigger one?
You said that his servers would fit 300 sites on it. Would it be 300 even if all his sites were lets say 1MB space and 50MB transfer? Where does that 300 comes from? Its not related on the size of the sites hosted?

Also look at the problems these low cost hosts have. They all end up having to overload the servers they put clients on. I know for sure if i was paying $29.99 or whatever his most exspensive plan is i wouldnt want to be lumbered on a server full of $9.99 accounts who will cause the server to be slow.
But these are my opinions and from what ive seen happen at other hosts.

Well, what I'd like to say is: I am making more than enough to upkeep my monthly costs right now. Price isn't really a big issue.
And I don't have to stuck my server with 300 YS-01 accounts. I can just take off the plan whenever I think it is enough already. It doesn't mean that I created the plan and the plan should be open for sale until forever right?

In this case you should indicate whats standard and whats optional to make it more clear. Are those 2 things the only optional things you have in that list, or more of what you have there are just optional and not included in the price?
