403 error after page refresh

hi all
i got a strange error on http://powerchaos.info

for 1 of other reason some of the images ( it are all the same images) are generating sometimes a 403 error when they are loaded

if i see error log then i see -> client server configured (or something like that , says just server provide 403 error because of server settings)

now the strange part is , why does it give it after a refresh of the page ??

why does the image generate a 403 error when the next loaded image is fine ?

sometimes the complete page provide a 403 erorr and a refresh later it is fine again
so basicly it is a random 403 error

i changed some server settings
mod_security is not used
keep alive is disabled

so some1 got a solution for me ?

Did you ever have any luck finding a solution for this? It's something I've come across before but never really thought about it!
