I am running a social charity website and I need a good host to do it for me.
I require the following

400 Mb space
20-30 GB bandwidth
Cpanel
2 addon domains
20 email allocations min
10 mysql database
ftp support
should support .php, .asp other scripts

A banner of the host will be placed with a tag proudly hosted by the hosting company.

I require a new host, as my PAID host has become less and less reliable... including completely losing both my site, and the backup he assured me was kept at all times early this year.

I do NOT currently have the money to pay for a provider... although I may be able too once I require an upgrade.

My needs are pretty simple... but I have 2 sticklers.

PHP hosting allowed... (I use php includes to make my site easier to edit)
and
*Image hotlinking allowed!

I have to be able to use my images on my store page at CafePress, as well, as my banners need to work for my affiliates.

does HostGool allow these?
If not, does anyone know who does?

I am not certain if I currently receive 500 visits a day to my site..
Since my site is down, I cannot check...
If I choose the uncer 500, do I get the benefits you listed above?
Can I then change to the over 500?

I just noticed, that the registration form requires a Telephone number.
I do NOT give out my telephone number.
Is there any way around this?

is it mandatory that we have to put your google ads in my site, Since I have my google ads already on it, I dont mind to put some other ads on it, but I think we cant have 2 differnt google ads isint.

Any solution.
