That's exactly my point, you have to use the file manager. Their FTP server does not work correctly.

They don't disappear, you're just not seeing any files in your ftp client. Click the file manager in the zpanel and you'll see files.

A wiser man would secure his servers so such stupid, low-skill hackers couldn't deface your website and possibly the websites of your clients. What's even funnier, is the site is STILL down, and the root dir is completely empty. No backups?
