Hi,
Just wanted to let you know that this link - http://ver2.ath.cx/zpanel/admin/newuser.php - doesnt work. In fact, the entire "domain" ver2.ath.cx doesnt come up with a website, but pings fine.

Thanks, ani-m. I knew about yousendit but they seem to limit the time it takes to upload a file to 8 hours (and, in my case, this is not enough). Megaupload's servers are slow, and their limit is 250 MB, not 1 GB. I'll try TransferBigFiles. Thanks a lot though! If anyone has anymore file hosts...
Hello everyone,
I need to send a large (~1GB) file to only ONE recepient, and I was wondering if there were any file hosts that let you store up to 1 GB (even if it's for a limited time/downloads, doesnt matter)? It doesn't matter if when the file expires, the important thing is that the time...
Simple...Just post on your websites that you only accept sites in English, then they will stop (if not, they obviously didnt read the site, and you can delete them). After all, if you cannot understand the content of the site, then don't host it (just my opinion).

Question about irc (?) services which are included
echelon,
you posted that your shell includes - irc: irssi, epic.
I'm unsure of what you mean by this (I don't know a lot about shell services). Can you (or someone else) explain to me what those services are, and how to use them?
Thanks...

this is what a test signup got me...
True, this site only offers the space/bandwidth, but if that's what you need, it'll do.
Hriders does have a limit...of 500 Megabytes per message
Strange that you are having problems...I just attached a 15 mb file to test with no problems.
Then again, their page said that they were 'temporarily down for upgrades' a few days ago...so you never know.

elyk,
Your e-mail provider (like most others) limits attachment size to 10MB. If you sign up with a free provider who does not limit attachments (read the post above yours... - www.hriders.com) then you shouldn't have a problem.
Hope this helps,

Temporary Workaround found for attachment/webdisk filesize limit
Greetings dimensionet mail users,
I have found a temporary fix for the size limit problem (the one where uploaded files don't show up). If you have encountered this issue, please read on.
To store a file in your webdisk and/or...
Understood
I thought it was an issue of files expiring after a certain period of time (and users with higher upload speeds can upload more).
As for my location, I'm not in the UK. I'm on a 3mbps/128kbps dsl connection.
Thanks,

nice feature...keep up the good work!
You guys are doing great.
By the way, I noticed there's a new poll on the site, asking whether people are willing to donate to the service. I was wondering how can I donate? (paypal, etc?)
Also, a few days ago there was a notice on the main page about...
Thanks for replying, problem still not solved
soapbath,
The file still won't upload properly. The browser finishes the upload, refreshes the page, but the file is not there, and the used up space does not decrease - like nothing happened. I appreciate your help in trying to solve this, and...
does dimensionet mail's webdisc (file storage) have a file limit?
Hi,
I just signed up for the 5 GB Inbox and 2 GB WebDisc (file storage) at http://mail.dimensionet.com
I tried to upload a 3mb file to the webdisc, and it never gets uploaded... Smaller files upload fine, but I'm wondering...
