Oh don't jack up the price on existing customers. Only on new. NEVER increase the price on old customers!! Hate and exodus will follow.

I actively allowed my resellers except 3 die off. The support load was incredible for most. The last three that I have are awesome. One just upgraded to a dedicated server. The other two only get me involved after making sure the issue isn't "pilot error" on the customers part.

"Designers Block" - heheh I have "I'm not a designer head".

Try looking at free templates as a start. Google-fu! Use one outright or tailor to your own taste.

I hope to get you at least to the point of your services being self-sustaining, hopefully to where they generate you money.

Thanks for taking the time out to look at these things.
I completely agree on the prices. However, I have brought this issue up before and all my current clients threatened to leave if I raise the prices. It's a no win situation.
I also agree 100% on the design. I am trying to come up with something new and rather unique but suffering at the moment from that very popular desease called "Designer's Block" lol
Not sure about getting rid of the Resellers. At the moment they are the base of most of my clients. But you have made some interesting points about the servers and will certainly look into that.
