1. 1gb space and 5gb band (not less, not more)
2. layeredpanel / cpanel
3. the domain name filie.info (even if it's just 1$ at godaddy i dont have a card and i need exactly this domain)

and that's what ill do for them:

1. i would post
2. i would add your adsense

You can get a prepaid debit card to get a domain name. Curious, but why were you in such a hurry for the hosting?
