Added B-City (thanks Andy). Wowmail has been changed to Wowsites and I've fixed some errors in the Codename info.

26 May

I'm back from a short vacation. Added Codename (thanks Hayden Pong), Zigong Online (thanks Ding Xiaoliang) and Yunet (thanks Del). Darkcastle went offline for a few days, while they moved. They are now back online. If you still can't connect to their site try their new ip-number http://206.142.136.240 (thanks Aaron).

Added A1BBS (thanks Peter A) and LGG (thanks Denis Korneev). FSN is down to 20 MB now but apparently accepting new sites again. (thanks Chris Floyd, Kal Shafer and T. McBride). Removed Desler. Maxcafe, Easyspace and Darkcastle might be off the list very soon too.

Only some small updates on the english page today. Spree - not ftp and FSN down to 50 MB. Desler and FSN does not accept new sites for the moment, but I will not move them to the "removed" page yet.

Today is the official premiere for WebTop50, the new automatically updated toplist. If you have a webrelated site (webmaster resources, free stuff or whatever...) you can add your link now to the WebTop50. Also updated the related links page today.
