I went into mr host uk live support in started chatting with the owner himself about how much would 3 GB equal to what in MB he tells me 3000 MB = 3 gb I told him nicely that he was wrong gave him a link to were he can verify it at first he said he was sorry so I started asking more question down the line then ask him was it true that he tryed to buy hosting-shack.com he told me yes. Then I ask was it as a joke he said no. Then he says that hosting-shack user are coming to him cause of bad services I told him i've an account with hosting-shack I haven't had any bad services with them then he tells me bye in closing out live chat in bans me by IP ? What do yall think about this

I would advised anyone wanting to get hosting from them make sure they don't hate your current hoster are you won't be able to get any question answer they'll just close out live chat on you by saying bye.

Can you provide a domain hosted by them for proof? 3000MB is pretty much the industry standard for 3GB. It's technically incorrect but even hard drives come like that.

Now what confuses me a little, is why you opened a live chat just to ask this question? Surely you could have came here or done a bit of googling to find the answer. I guess this is part of the whole Mr Host UK vs Hosting-Shack?

The domain I've with hosting-shack is http://wrighthosting.is-leet.com it's still under working I used dyndns.com domains as a domain for hosting-shack.com. I search google.com I had run into the page that was cached by google search then I decided to verify it with the owner to make sure it was true after telling him I was a customer of hosting-shack.com he close out live chat I want an answer of why he close out the live chat support when I just wanted to ask question before buying anything from him. I know most hosting provider do like to make stories about other hosting providers.

i guess i am on the otherside i have been a customer of his for the last few months and mattster has never ben anything but helpful! To me he seems to be great, plus from what i understand him and the owner of hosting-shack are friends again so why the bad words.

Could be a "staff" member. The domain is registered to a Robert Foster, but one can edit their DNS details to say just about anything.
