Mad Geek Rack Lies to the Customers

Hello Everyone,

I bought a server from GR on 1st April and after 5 days of waiting I got it online(Not Really). Then, I found the root password they've given is wrong. I couldn't log into my server for a single time. I opened a ticket and after 24 Hours, there is no reply from them and Live Support is always offline. I tried to contact them on MSN but they're always offline.

When went to purchase the server, they were replying me very quickly. And this is what Justin said me:

I am the GM of Geek Rack, and I will personally make sure you are taken care of.

Now, it's 6 days and I couldn't log in to my server for a single time.

And they still haven't replied? I suggest you PM a GeekRack rep here and see if they can help

Is it now time to say that this can't be a problem due to BurstNET, but more to the owners?
have you asked on the forums too?
edit: http://board.geekrack.net/showthread.php?p=135 take a look here, 2 days after the post of the server being offline for 2 days, 2 days after, he got a reply from an admin.

That is odd. Shequeita was trying very hard to correct the problems they had with Burst however I do hope you get an answer shortly. Never fun to be in this situation.

its not burst its them, the support is up the crapper..
Yes they may have burst issues but they also have support issues....(Nothing to do with burst)

Ima order a server over the next month and see how it gos,
I will post a honest review in a month or so.

Yeah, I definitely think GR has had the most negative reviews so far. Keep in mind, many were just Burst issues.

Problem Solved, but the question is- Do we have to open a thread here every time when GR's support goes down?

i agree. the way things are going, from the time i've been here, the highlet of bad hosts seems to be nothing but GR. seems like they wont be around for long at this rate.
