Correct. Our TOS states that if you do not log into your account for 45 days, your files will be deleted. We do send out a notification email one week before this occurs, and then all you need to do is log into your account. Quite a few hosts have similar practices.

Also - we currently wait 90 days instead of 45 days before this occurs.
