Site for Hosting Education Projects

Greetings,

I require site where we will be basically hosting some educational projects, it is sort of like data repository.

The projects will be uploaded in simple zip format. But the size can vary, From 120mb files to less than 1 mb files.

So I request file size limit of around 150mb.

I will link back to your site from the main page.

Basically;
2.5 Gb space
~5 gb first month bandwidth, then around 3 GB
FTP
PHP and MySQL are not required but if isnt a botheration, then why not
Reliability - This is important, its educational stuff and its important people find the data when they're needing it, else its re-inventing the wheel and people wasting several hours just trying to Google the information that has already been compiled.
